I solved my problem thanks to the Cetra Mod Project where there are good guides to install and run properly on Windows XP and Vista, Final Fantasy 6, Final Fantasy 7 and Final Fantasy 8.
Now you do not have much time to try to install (and play) FF 7 and / or 8 on Linux with wine so I ask some of you know if there is a way and that it works?
