Nick colored and shaded in emesene

9 / 03 / 2009 · No comment ·

Tired of nicknames of your friends full of [c = 50] [a = 23] blablabla ^^^~~~()|"/*-+[/ a] [/ c], etc. ... and want to see them finally colored?

Pending the development of aMSN or emesene2 (I have not understood if they remain two separate projects or not, but Oh well) will end at the time that I think best solution is to install emesene with appropriate plugin.

The installation of emesene can be done via Synaptic (or your favorite manager) for the plugin, just open the terminal and paste this string:

svn checkout http://emesene-plugins.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ ~/.config/emesene1.0/pluginsEmesene

Now, open emesene, click on Options-> Plugins, scroll through the list and enable the plugin PlusPlus.

Done!
